Mulch Return Policy:

Bulk mulch:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, bulk mulch is not returnable.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to call the office to discuss available options.

Bagged mulch:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return any unopened bag of mulch for a full refund, minus any restocking fees.  Returns must be done within 30 days of original purchase.

Cancellation policy:
Customers who need to cancel their scheduled delivery may do so at any time.  If the cancellation occurs before the scheduled day of delivery, customer is entitled to a full refund.  If the cancellation occurs on the same day as scheduled delivery, customer is entitled to a full refund on the material, as well as a 50% refund on the delivery fee.
